Ng Ling Ling on Adoption of Children Bill

09:15 Min
What safeguards are in place to ensure that Singaporeans wanting to adopt and raise the foreign-nationality children of their foreign spouses are fully aware of the financial implications? She also suggested that the Social and Family Development Ministry provide support services to adopted children up to the age of 21, noting that research has shown they are at higher risk of behavioural and emotional issues.
