Passenger services on the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS Link) have been delayed. Operations are now expected to begin in February next year, instead of the scheduled Jan 1 launch. The Singapore and Malaysia joint-venture company operating the service says it expects to complete all system tests and trial runs by Dec 31.
