The creation of the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) holds powerful potential for a higher-speed, higher-quality and higher-return skills and workforce development ecosystem, said MP Patrick Tay. He also invited SWDA to leverage the Tripartite Jobs Council as it operates within the wider workforce ecosystem to transform skills and jobs.
