Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong has called on the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) to revitalise the spirit of win-win cooperation, amid weakening support for globalisation and trade-restrictive measures steadily rising around the world. He was speaking at an informal dialogue attended by leaders of the 21 APEC member economies, which account for almost two-thirds of global GDP.
