Rahayu Mahzam on nursing programmes at Institutes of Higher Learning
Over the past three years, 10 students from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and Integrated Programme (IP) were admitted to the nursing degree programme of the National University of Singapore. Five students from the IBDP and IP were admitted to the nursing programmes of Nanyang Polytechnic and Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Senior Parliamentary Secretary for Health Rahayu Mahzam gave this update in reply to an MP’s question in Parliament on Wednesday (Jul 5). She said the Institutes of Higher Learning will assess all applicants for nursing courses holistically, taking into account their academic performance and the course fit.
