Rahayu Mahzam on use of MediSave beyond withdrawal limits
All appeals for exceptional MediSave use beyond established withdrawal limits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on unique circumstances. These include the patient's ability to afford the medical expenses, available MediSave balances, as well as eligibility for other financing options.
