Rahayu Mahzam on use of MediSave for root canal treatment

Singaporeans requiring root canal treatment are eligible for subsidies at public healthcare institutions and under the Community Health Assist Scheme at participating dental clinics. There have been requests to allow the use of MediSave for root canal treatment, which has become more common. The Ministry of Health is still reviewing this. Minister of State for Health Rahayu Mahzam said this in reply to an MP’s question in Parliament on Wednesday (Jan 8).
