Residents of new large-scale BTO estates to benefit from amenities earlier

Residents moving into new large-scale Build-To-Order, or BTO estates will be provided amenities months earlier than before. These include bus services, shops and childcare centres. The changes are part of the BTO Coordination Committee's efforts to streamline processes between agencies, to improve the move-in experience for new residents. Natalie Ong reports.
