US-India relations: US Secretary of State Rubio visiting Reliance oil refinery in Jamnagar
America's top diplomat is spending the second day of his India tour in the small coastal city of Jamnagar, after wrapping up a visit to Mumbai. Located in the state of Gujarat, it is seen as an unusual stop on Marco Rubio's itinerary. The city is home to the world’s largest oil refining complex, owned by Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani. Mr Rubio will hold talks with the company to explore the possibility of processing of Venezuelan oil. Neha Poonia reports from New Delhi.
