Second Unmanned Aircraft Flying Area in Dover officially launched

Drone enthusiasts now have a second dedicated area to fly their Unmanned Aircraft (UA). Officially opened on Saturday (Jul 6), it will help meet growing interest - new UA registrations in the first quarter of this year alone are already higher than the increase for the whole of 2023. For major drone light shows, the authorities have switched to a flat registration fee, instead of charging per drone. Nicolas Ng reports.
