The world is in a “race against time” to fight the effects of climate change, said MP Shawn Huang in Parliament on Monday (Sep 13). He said Singapore must “be bold” and do more, more quickly, to better control and regulate its greenhouse gas emissions. Mr Huang said he supports the changes proposed in the Environmental Protection and Management (Amendment) Bill.
