From Mar 29, groups of 10 vaccinated people will be allowed to dine in at food and beverage outlets, in line with Singapore's move to increase the size limit for social gatherings. Minister Lawrence Wong announced this on Mar 24 during a news conference. He added that live performances will be allowed to resume at all venues and restrictions on the sale and consumption of alcohol after 10.30pm at F&B outlets will be lifted. The taskforce also announced further streamlining of border and travel processes, such as the removal of on-arrival testing and quarantine for fully vaccinated travellers. Rostered routine testing will also be scrapped for all workers from Mar 29. The Ministry of Health (MOH) also announced that a second booster dose will be offered to people aged 80 and above, aged care residents and those considered to be "medically susceptible to severe COVID-19". This is the full press conference, including Q&A with the media.
