Singapore may soon see its first food and beverage store run fully by deaf persons. Milk tea chain Chagee has just opened its first Southeast Asian signing store in Singapore and it aims to create a conducive environment for their deaf baristas. Singapore's Deaf Association says more companies have sought advice on adopting inclusive hiring processes. Richa Mathew reports.
