Singapore, France to upgrade bilateral ties to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

Singapore and France will work towards upgrading bilateral ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership to mark 60 years of relations next year. Both countries will develop a cooperation framework in new areas like the digital economy. This comes as Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong met with French President Emmanuel Macron over dinner in Paris during his official visit to France. Jeraldine Yap reports.
