Singapore looks to tap underutilised spaces like viaducts, multi-storey carparks for recreation

Sneak peeks of a new community node under Queensway viaduct, as well as playgrounds where both young and old can stay active. The public is invited to give feedback on such ideas and more at roving exhibitions of the Recreation Master Plan. Such views will go into the Draft Master Plan next year, which maps out what will be developed in Singapore's communities over the next 10 to 15 years. Rebecca Metteo with more.
