The annual dengue prevention campaign has started a month earlier than usual, with the National Environment Agency warning that Singapore may see a surge in dengue cases if not enough action is taken to prevent this. Already, there've been more than 5,000 dengue cases reported since January, more than double the number in the same period last year. Sabrina Ng reports.
