Singapore to roll out cybersecurity training guide for board directors
Singapore is set to roll out a cybersecurity training guide for around 500 board directors this year. The guide is part of a nationwide initiative to strengthen corporate defences against digital threats and it is set to be launched on Feb 28. Howie Lau, member of the governing council at the Singapore Institute of Directors, gives us a snapshot of what he sees companies doing with regards to cybersecurity. He says companies have been increasing spending on cybersolutions to build up digital security, but the threats have changed and firms have to adapt.
