Singapore will continue to invest in police, civil defence as nature of threats evolve: PM Wong

Prime Minister Lawrence Wong said the Singapore government will continue to invest in its police and civil defence as the nature of threats evolve. These include terrorist groups — both abroad and homegrown — and self radicalised people, as well as cybercrimes and scams. He made these remarks during his first official visit to the frontline units of both agencies. Nicolas Ng reports.
