Social service professionals to receive better support to meet society's evolving needs

Social service professionals in Singapore will receive better support in order for them to be equipped to meet changing needs. Among the initiatives introduced are an expanded study award to encourage more to join the sector, and full tuition sponsorship for professional development. Social and Family Development Minister Masagos Zulkifli was setting out the ministry's future direction at the closing event for its Year of Celebrating Social Service Professionals.
