Some MRT passengers taking East-West Line unaware of need to change trains; most journeys are smooth

Some commuters told CNA they were caught off guard by multiple train changes along the East–West Line during Monday morning rush hour. Passengers had to switch trains at Paya Lebar or Bugis. Most commuters said their overall journey was relatively smooth with short waiting time for shuttle buses at affected stations.
