GE2025: PAP, WP teams intensify ground efforts in Punggol GRC

Candidates from the People's Action Party and the Workers' Party (WP) met each other on the ground in Punggol again on Apr 25. The WP team was seen talking to residents and handing out flyers at Punggol bus interchange. The team is made up entirely of first-time candidates. Among the issues they want to campaign on - addressing cost of living and having more accountability in parliament. The PAP candidates for Punggol GRC say residents' feedback will help shape programmes not only for the town, but for the nation. The team is led by Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, who was moved there from Chua Chua Kang in a surprise move on Nomination Day. Leong Wai Kit with more.
