Singapore is putting more financial muscle behind elder healthcare. The Health Ministry says enhanced subsidies and insurance payouts will cover at least two-thirds of long-term care costs from next year.  MOH adds that high quality care will also help give patients and families peace of mind and support their mental and emotional well-being.
