GE2025: Opposition parties, PAP deliver political broadcasts

Opposition parties say they have a role to play in Singapore’s system of democracy to ensure that alternative voices are heard. Seven opposition parties delivered party political broadcasts on Apr 25. In a party political broadcast, Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong says there is a role for a constructive and responsible opposition. And after the election, the contest will not be about the ruling party versus the opposition, but Singapore versus a turbulent world. Rebecca Metteo reports.
