Strategies to attract and retain workers in three sectors expected soon

Employers in retail, infocomms technology and manufacturing can soon expect strategies on how to access talent from a wider pool. This includes hiring workers who are not traditionally sought after, or making the most of existing staff. An industry-body leading the efforts expects to come up with recommendations in the second half of the year. Richa Mathew reports.
