Taiwan President William Lai expected to reshuffle Cabinet as recall vote fails again

Taiwan President William Lai is expected to announce a Cabinet reshuffle, with the revised line-up to be finalised within the week. This comes on the heels of yet another setback at the ballot box for his ruling Democratic Progressive Party. All recall attempts — aimed at shifting the balance of power in parliament back to the DPP — against opposition lawmakers from the Kuomintang have failed. Victoria Jen reports.
