Tampines is first town retrofitted with system to share chiller plants

Seven buildings in Tampines have started using a new shared cooling system that will reduce their emissions. This comes after being retrofitted with a network of pumps and pipes that allow some buildings to share their chilled water with others for air-conditioning.
