Tensions heating up on Korean Peninsula as both sides engage in propaganda tactics

The propaganda war is heating up on the Korean Peninsula. South Korea said Pyongyang is moving to install loudspeakers aimed at their country -- just days after Seoul resumed a similar campaign for the first time in six years. The North had sent hundreds more trash-filled balloons across the border over the weekend. Meanwhile, South Korea and the US announced they have completed a review of a joint guidelines document aimed at better coordinating an allied response to a possible nuclear attack from the North.
