Thailand says ready to speak with armed groups in Myanmar conflict

Thailand is working to help dial down tensions in Myanmar by engaging with Myanmar's military regime as well as ethnic armed groups. Clashes between both sides have shown no signs of easing. A high-level delegation is visiting the Thai-Myanmar border town of Mae Sot to assess the increasingly tense situation. Thai Foreign Minister Parnpree Bahiddha-nukara has visited the region twice in less than two weeks. He was joined by Thailand's interior and defence ministers. May Wong reports from Mae Sot.
