Thailand votes: Election Commission expected to finalise results within 60 days

Thailand's Bhumjaithai Party staged a conservative comeback in elections on Feb 8, but fell short of securing an outright majority. The Election Commission will finalise results within 60 days. But caretaker Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, who dissolved parliament to call elections, has already claimed victory not just for his party Bhumjaithai but for all Thai people, whatever their choice at the ballot box.
