Traffic at the junction in Sengkang where a crane collapsed resumed as of late morning on Wednesday (Apr 10). It had fallen on a van on the road on Tuesday afternoon. The Singapore Civil Defence Force says it is unable to provide more information on the status of the van driver after he was taken to hospital. Sabrina Ng reports.
