Trump signals possible resumption of peace talks with Iran over weekend
Another round of peace talks this weekend between the US and Iran looking increasingly likely. US President Donald Trump has signalled negotiations could be held in Pakistan. He said he is confident he will get a lasting deal before the current 14-day ceasefire runs out. Meanwhile, UK and French leaders have convened a meeting with some 40 countries to nail down how to ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz after the war.
