UK Reform Party chief Nigel Farage has won possibly the most bizarre election in British political history. He stood for re-election in southeast England's Clacton constituency to regain a seat he resigned from earlier, but had to fight off 33 other challengers, including "Count Binface", who has a rubbish bin for a head.
