US Supreme Court hears arguments on birthright citizenship case

United States Supreme Court justices have voiced scepticism over President Donald Trump's order to restrict birthright citizenship. The Republican leader wants to block the children of illegal immigrants born on American soil from automatically becoming citizens. If the court rules against Trump, who attended the hearing, it would mark another major loss, after justices struck down his authority to impose unilateral tariffs.
