USAID funding cuts could impact Ukraine's hopes for EU accession

The decision by United States President Donald Trump’s administration to slash funding for the US Agency For International Development (USAID) could have implications for Ukraine’s goal of joining the European Union. Ukraine has become USAID's biggest beneficiary since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022.
