Vikram Nair on Electronic Conveyancing and Other Matters Bill
A proposed electronic transaction system is an important improvement that will simplify the conveyancing process for all, said MP Vikram Nair in parliament on Wednesday (Oct 15). He said some flexibility should be provided for mistakes or omissions in electronic forms, as allowed under the current law for paper options. He also suggested that the electronic transaction system be linked to the Land Register.
