It is ensuring that training leads to jobs, jobs lead to wage growth and transformation produces gains that are shared with workers. Making this point in parliament on Tuesday (May 5), MP Yeo Wan Ling said that is the gap the Skills and Workforce Development Agency Bill is designed to close. She called for the new Skills and Workforce Development Agency to ensure that workforce and company transformation are inclusive, practical and human-centred, through regular ongoing engagement with stakeholders.
