Single mothers need more support to cope with life after divorce, said MP Yeo Wan Ling in Parliament on Monday (Jan 10). She said this could include court-ordered interventions in the form of counselling for employment, financial and housing assistance. Ms Yeo also suggested enhancing the tripartite standard for flexible work arrangements to cater to single mums who bear the sole responsibility of providing and caring for their children.
