Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim on managing ComCare action plan compliance

Minister of State for Social and Family Development Zhulkarnain Abdul Rahim, who said this in reply to an MP’s questions in parliament on Wednesday (Feb 4), pointed out that his ministry does not track the number of applicants who are not given ComCare because they did not comply with their action plans.
