Korea Zinc confirms payment completion for 2.85 trillion won new shares issuance

SEOUL, Dec 26 : South Korea's Korea Zinc announced in a regulatory filing on Friday that payment for 2.85 trillion won ($1.95 billion) worth of new shares has been completed.
The buyer is Crucible JV, the company said.
