Philippine annual inflation at 1.7% in September

MANILA :Philippine annual inflation was1.7 per cent in September, above the previous month's 1.5 per cent rate, the statistics agency said on Tuesday.
Economists in a Reuters poll had expected annual inflation to pick up to 2.0 per cent in September.
