Samsung Electronics, union to resume talks over bonus, union says

SEOUL, March 24 : Samsung Electronics' management and its South Korean workers' union have agreed to resume talks on bonuses, the union said in a statement on Tuesday.
The union, representing nearly 90,000 workers accounting for more than 70 per cent of the company's workforce in South Korea, had voted last week to authorise a strike, raising the risk of production disruption at the world's biggest memory chipmaker.
