CNA938 Rewind - 38 Oxley Road site gazetted: What it means to declare a national monument in Singapore

Singapore intends to gazette the 38 Oxley Road site as a national monument. If the site is preserved and acquired, it will be converted into a public space, with one possible outcome being a heritage park.
