In ‘Culture Club’, Melanie Oliveiro speaks with Chef Dave Pynt, Chef-Owner of the Burnt Ends Hospitality Group that manages Burnt Ends, the One-Michelin starred modern barbecue restaurant in Singapore. Chef Pynt will first talk about his uber-cool 368-page cookbook “Burnt Ends” which contains 70 recipes and lists 16 key techniques used in the restaurant. He’ll also talk about his role in Western Australia’s popular wine and food festival, “Pair’d Margaret River Region” which is back for its second year from 20th – 23rd November 2025.
