In ‘Culture Club’ Melanie Oliveiro speaks with a couple of curators from National Gallery Singapore about the ongoing exhibition “Fear No Power: Women Imagining Otherwise”. It spotlights five influential Southeast Asian female artists who have challenged social and patriarchal norms through their work from the 1960s to today. Curators Joleen Loh and Qinyi Lim will analyse some of the artworks which include thought-provoking pieces by Singapore’s Amanda Heng and Indonesia’s Dolorosa Sinaga.
