Nichol Ng, co-founder and Group CEO of food distributor X-Inc, is known for starting The Food Bank Singapore (with her brother Nicholas) in 2012. While the siblings handed over the reins of the charity in 2025, Nichol continues pouring herself into her business, her family, and social causes — now as chairperson of Playeum, a charity which empowers children from marginalised backgrounds through "artful play".
