Keith Yap is the host of The Front Row podcast, in which he and his expert guests explore a deeper understanding of Singapore’s political, economic, and cultural place in a more complex world order. Keith shares with us why he stepped away from a promising and stable career in the public service — where he himself was a scholar — to build his own media platform, and the three (and a half) pieces of wisdom he'd write in his letter to his younger self.

Keith was also among 20 people who were recognised with the Total Defence Advocate Award for Individuals on 6 November 2025, for his contribution to Singapore's psychological resilience and social cohesion.
