But when he began noticing the same young people committing the same offences, he got curious about the social and family factors that contributed to their behaviour, and wondered if he could play a part in their rehabilitation. Today, Ben is a probation officer and manager with the Ministry of Social and Family Development. He shares the lessons he's learned about rehabilitation, growth, and the importance of family, through the cases he's managed.
