Sent back to her biological family, she often feared for her safety due to her biological father's schizophrenic and violent behaviour. Nanny shares how, after carrying the emotional wounds from her youth for many years, she discovered her ability to "build what she didn't have", and tells us what she'd write in her letter to her younger self.
