Ray Kua is the founder of three private sports academies: SwimRay, GoalKick Football, and Triple Threat Basketball. A former athlete who trained under constrained conditions with limited resources,  From a young age, discipline and structure were key values that were further sharpened during his time in the Naval Diving Unit. Dr. Martin Bém, LeVeL33’s founder and managing director will talk about how the microbrewery came about and how public tours around it are held. CNA938 Rewind - Attention all poets & writers – answer to the GPA 2025 Open Call

In ‘Culture Club’ Melanie Oliveiro finds out more about the GPA or The Golden Point Award, Singapore’s premier creative writing competition in the nation’s four official languages: English, Chinese, Malay and Tamil. Established by the National Arts Council in 1993, GPA is now a significant platform for discovering new writers whose works exhibit literary merit and encourage literary expression in Singapore. GPA 2025 is now receiving submissions via its Open Call exercise which ends on 12 May. Arts House Limited’s Geraldine Cheang and creative writer Mohanapriya Chandrasekaran will talk about how they are/were involved in GPA.

CNA938 Rewind - Ultramarathoners @ Income Eco Run 2025

In ‘Made in SG’ Melanie Oliveiro finds out what it takes to become an ultramarathoner in Singapore. Yuvaraj Turiahdassu, a coach and personal trainer will talk about how his passion for endurance sports started and how it has taken him across the world, completing some of the toughest ultramarathons such as the HK100. Martini Abdul Talib recalls how she picked up running after the birth of her third child and how she has been taking part in ultramarathons since 2014  - even training during Ramadan. Both will talk about taking part the Income Eco Run 2025 which falls on June 8.
