Ong and Chiam will also discuss the songs “Aug 16” and “Maybe in Another Dream” which address topics like loss, memory and inheritance. They’ll recall what it was like examining the different coffee plants, meeting the plantation owners and how each farm showcased its own unique approach to coffee cultivation. Lee and Ng will then talk about the types of coffee beans they ordered from the various plantations and how they prepare the various types of coffee served at Basq & Bean.
